Update on the traffic situation along New Road 1 November, 2017 | Road works are currently taking place along Bramley Road but many people are choosing to deviate from the designated diversion road which has had a detrimental impact on the state of New Road. The Clerk and Cllr. Vaughan contacted Highways to raise concerns about this. Below is the repsonse sent back to the Council by Highways.

Beware Bogus Traders 9 February, 2016 | This is a message sent via Hampshire Alert. This information has been sent on behalf of Action Fraud (National Fraud Intelligence Bureau) particularly aimed at flood victims but useful advice for everybody.
The NFIB would like to make flood victims aware of the possible threat that Rogue Traders and Bogus Trades People pose to them. Buying on your doorstep can be convenient. However, a salesman who uses clever tactics can pressurise you into buying something you actually don’t want or something that’s poor value for money.
